What is Tom's Swap Shop?
A platform for football sticker/trading card collectors to track their collections and swap duplicates with other collectors to complete their albums.
Is it free to use?
Yes, Tom's Swap Shop is free to use.
How does swap matching work?
You mark the stickers/cards you have as duplicates and the ones you're missing; we match you with other collectors who have what you need and need what you have.
How do I agree and complete a swap?
Once matched, both collectors confirm the swap, exchange delivery addresses, and post their cards to each other. You can mark a swap as sent/received to track progress.
What if I want to back out of a suggested swap?
You can decline a suggested swap before it's accepted, with no penalty.
Can under-13s use the platform?
Yes, with a parent/guardian's confirmed consent, requested by email before the account can be used. This consent gate is enforced by the platform itself, not just a rule we ask people to follow.
What football sticker albums/collections are supported?
New albums and collections are added regularly — check the app for the current list.
How do I contact support?

How do I report a problem or a user?
Use the Contact Us form and select 'Report a user / Safety concern'. Reports are reviewed personally by the Tom's Swap Shop team.
What should I know about trading with strangers by mail?
Only share what's needed to post an item — your delivery address is enough, you don't need to share anything else. Consider using tracked postage so both sides can confirm an item was sent. Tom's Swap Shop doesn't verify collectors' identities or guarantee the condition of items traded.
What happens if a trade goes wrong?
Contact us and we'll personally look into it and try to help. Tom's Swap Shop isn't a party to trades between collectors (see our Terms), but we don't leave you to sort it out alone.
