    Toms Swap Shop is an online platform that allows users to trade football stickers and cards with other collectors.

  2. Eligibility

    • Users aged 13–17 should use the service with the knowledge and supervision of a parent or guardian.

    • Unfair or disputed trades
    • Any agreements made between users

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to Panini, Topps, FIFA, UEFA, the Premier League, the English Football League, or any club, competition, publisher or other rights holder. All album names, trade marks, logos, sticker and card designs, photographs and related content are the property of their respective owners, and no ownership is claimed by us.

    Referential use:

    Where we name an album, publisher or competition, we do so solely to identify the collection a user's list relates to. Such references are descriptive and do not imply any association with, or approval by, the rights holder.

    User-submitted content:

    Users are responsible for any images or descriptions they upload and confirm they have the right to do so. We do not pre-screen user content.

    Notice and takedown:

    If you are a rights holder and believe content on this site infringes your rights, contact us at support@tomsswapshop.com. We will review promptly and remove or amend material where appropriate.
