Intro

A genuine first. For all the sticker albums English football has produced over the decades, this is the first Panini collection to cover every club across all three EFL divisions — 72 clubs from the Championship down to League Two, in one album.

For a lot of collectors that's the whole point. If you follow a club outside the top flight, this is the first time you've been able to open a packet and have a realistic chance of pulling your own players. The album is built around that, with squad pages padded out with stats and club facts rather than the usual filler.

Panini picked up the EFL licence after losing the Premier League rights to Topps, and the collection reads like a company with something to prove. Fancy a top-flight collection too? See the Topps Premier League 2026/27 album — a lot of promoted-club collectors run both.

What's in the album

The checklist covers all 72 EFL clubs. Each club section runs through the squad and includes:

  • Player stickers (the "core" paper stickers)
  • Club crests, in foil
  • Home and away kit stickers
  • Double-player stickers
  • Stadium stickers

The album itself carries stats and facts throughout and includes checklists, and the standard starter pack bundles the album with five packets.

Variants & specials

Shinies. Foil club crests are the classic chase, and the EFL collection leans into the nostalgia deliberately.

Fabric kit stickers. A textured subset showing club kits — one of the more distinctive features of this collection.

Elite and Key Player stickers. Special subsets highlighting standout players from across the three divisions, alongside a handful of EFL legends.

Captain Parallels. A rarer parallel run. Panini's own online-exclusive 100-packet box guaranteed three of them, which makes them scarce in general retail.

About the competition

The EFL sits directly beneath the Premier League and covers three divisions of 24 clubs each — the Championship, League One and League Two — 72 clubs in total, more than any comparable league structure in Europe.

The 2025/26 season ran from August 2025 to May 2026. Three clubs go up from the Championship each year (two automatically, one via the play-off final at Wembley), with the same movement at every level below. Coventry City won the Championship and went up to the Premier League alongside Ipswich Town and Hull City.

The EFL also runs the EFL Cup (the League Cup) and the EFL Trophy, and the promotion/relegation ladder connects all the way down to the National League — the reason a League Two club sticker can be worth hanging on to.

Swapping notes

72 clubs across the checklist makes this one of the harder albums on the site to finish solo, simply because the spread is so wide. The dynamic is different from a World Cup album too: most collectors are chasing their own club's page first and everything else second, which means there's usually someone out there who'd happily take your spare doubles off you.

Tag your doubles by club — with 72 clubs in play, club-level filtering is what makes the got-got-need matching actually work.
